Version 2.3.20 is a minor patch to registry-core which updates fixes internal errors during CSV serialisation (issue 198).

This patch also removes content negotiation for the unsupported application/json MIME type; to request results in JSON-LD format, use the Content-Type: application/ld+json header or format=jsonld query parameter.
