minor typo/grammar pass - fixed "acontainer" -> "a container", "Allocations provides access the users to a resource" -> "Allocations provide users access to a resource", "carc community" -> "the CARC community", and the weird "PI's"/"CARC User's" headers (possessive apostrophes on plain plurals) -> "PIs"/"CARC Users".
heads up: three of the collapsible sections in here ("Submitting a project", "Adding users to a project", "Resources Allocation for Users") are completely empty stubs with no content, and there are several screenshot images already in the repo (cf_otp_qrcode.png, cf_otp_first.png, cf_otp_new.png, cf_ssh_pkey.png, cf_security_2fa.png) that aren't referenced anywhere in this doc. looks like this one was never finished. didn't try to fill those in myself since I don't have firsthand knowledge of the actual ColdFront submission workflow to write accurate steps - flagging for whoever does.
