found 9 orphaned .html files while going through every file in the repo: GNU Parallel.html, GNU Parallel_mod.html, Intro_to_Slurm.html, linux_intro.html, R.html, Resouce_Usage_mod.html, Resouce_Usage..html, running_matlab_jobs.html, docker_singularity_intro.html.
none of them are linked from README, all of them are stale pre-rendered exports full of dead wheeler/xena/taos/pbs references and dead module names, and every single one is fully superseded by an actively-maintained .md file of the same name that's already current (or already being modernized in another PR). just dead weight duplicating unmaintained old content, so removing them.
