orphaned file, not linked anywhere in README. references matlab/R2019a (module doesn't exist anymore, confirmed) and a wheeler.settings file that also doesn't exist anymore. this is the same broken profile-import mechanism I already dropped in the "Parallel MATLAB batch submission" doc a while back in favor of plain parpool(N), since that import approach never worked. this was just the last dead leftover of it, removing.
