Changed folder structure and navigation page tree

Did a lot of changes so this PR requires careful review.

• Moved skill folder from game mechanics to main folder
• Moved and renamed all flag assets into the new flag folder
• Fixed all broken links caused by the move
• Added the What's Different page to the excluded nav, this page needs rework.
• Reworked the nav page tree to have basic pages in the home
• Renamed and updated the Trainers page, coordinates are now easier to copy/paste.
• Reworked the Items & Equipment page from scratch.
• Commented out quick links in the index homepage, since now everything is already listed in the home.

Moved these index pages into a new folder called ".deleted", these pages felt redundant since everything is listed on the homepage now.

• gardening duplicated page that was in custom systems
• dungeons index
• game mechanics index
• getting started index
• pvp index
• skills index
• town index

Also moved these pages in .deleted because i reworked and put everything into the Items & Equipment page.

• armor
• resources
• weapons

And this one, didn't feel necessary.

• character creation page

Also made minor changes/fixes to various pages while doing this.
