Testing variable is TRUE always : $bbb.LEMMA.EQUAL or UNEQUAL

It looks that

$bbb.LEMMA.EQUAL=#شَرْط$

or

$aaa.LEMMA.UNEQUAL=#abcde$ 

are always TRUE whatever the value.

It seems the EQUAL UnEQUAL are bugged in LOCATE as well not ONLY in LocateTFST
