Slash commands

• ADDED use slash commands instead message prefixed by "/"
• ADDED display dialogs only for the author
• FIXED window interaction are disabled when application is reduced

Some fixes

• AdminPassword configuration added
• Bot also work when window is minimized
• Fix flight plans refresh after server start
