• NovaGuard — Self-hosted Discord bot in Python: 85 slash commands covering XP levels, an economy whose items actually do something, monthly voice-hour tracking, music, moderation and automod. It writes its own changelog by fingerprinting its source on every start, and novaguard.fun is generated from that same feed.
• Pi Guardian — Real-time Raspberry Pi monitoring dashboard (FastAPI + WebSocket, hosted on a Pi Zero 2W via PM2 + Tailscale), with live metrics, AdGuard Home stats, network latency, alerts and automated reports.

• Full-stack web projects (Python/FastAPI or PHP backends, React/vanilla JS frontends)
• AI-powered apps — especially ones using local LLMs (Ollama, llama.cpp, etc.)

I run a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W as a 24/7 home server, accessible from anywhere via Tailscale. It hosts a monitoring dashboard I built myself — and yes, it has admin email approval flows, mobile swipe gestures, and a 30-minute alert cooldown. For a Pi Zero. That runs on ~$15 of hardware. 🤷
