Galileo encoder (base, nano, tiny) with automatic weights download
Works with Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 or both
For single-modality: requires ModalityDrop preprocessing (to avoid error in BandPadding)
Tested with MADOS, Sen1Floods11 multi-modal, Sen1Floods11 SAR-only, Sen1Floods11 optical-only
