This PR makes a small formatting adjustment to the README’s top header area, changing the alignment and structure of the title and introductory badge/tagline blocks for more consistent presentation.
Changes:
- Left-align the main H1 title in the README header section.
- Left-align the OpenSSF Scorecard badge container.
- Left-align the “Production-Ready…” tagline block.
