Modern software development is experiencing a generational paradigm shift: from manual syntax authoring to agentic orchestration. However, the current landscape is cluttered with superficial wrappers, disposable scripts, and fragmented demos.

🏛️ Repository Architecture: The 1 + 3 + N Model

We reject repo-farming and low-value code spam. We adhere strictly to an interconnected ecosystem model:

• 1 Flagship Project: A substantial, long-term technical foundation solving a fundamental friction point in the agentic developer experience.
• 3–5 Satellite Projects: Purpose-built companion utilities directly coupled to the flagship (e.g., CLI tools, specialized MCP servers, evaluation benchmarks, web dashboards, language SDKs).
• N Empirical Experiments: Isolated, question-driven technical spikes stored in experiments/ to rigorously evaluate model behavior before graduating to production.

All repositories under the Existential Cloud umbrella enforce:

• Specification-First: No code is written before a formal PROJECT_SPEC.md is approved.
• Strict Verification: Every PR requires 100% passing unit tests, type-checking, and zero-secrets auditing.
• Semantic Lifecycles: Clean branch policies (feature/*, fix/*, refactor/*), conventional commits, and semver tagging.
• Transparent Architecture: Clear ASCII diagrams, zero corporate fluff, and honest limitation disclosures.
