Introduces the ImpactMojo shell's shared footer — identical structure across every library — as the first shared-shell component beyond tokens: - Add .imx-footer (brand mark, ecosystem nav for all four libraries, tagline) to the vendored ImpactMojo Kit (bumped to 1.1.0). - Replace the per-page footer on index / study / about with the canonical footer, Case Studies marked current.
