Dependabot's #5 (checkout 6 → 7) was raised against a commit main has long
since passed: merging it would have reverted the four new case studies, the
evidence-signal rendering and the dyslexia font to get one version line.

This repository also carried checkout at both v4 and v6 in different
workflows, so the link crawl and the data validation were running on different
majors.

Raised here against current main: checkout v7 everywhere, setup-node v7.

Nothing here is speculative. Every one of those majors is already in use
somewhere in this estate on a workflow that passes.

Dependabot had opened a pull request for most of these one bump at a
time, and every one of those was raised against a commit main has long
since passed: merging them would have reverted whole directories to get
a single version line. The pins are raised here against current main
instead, in one commit, to the majors already running green in the
repositories that were updated most recently.

checkout v7, setup-node v7, setup-python v7, configure-pages v6,
deploy-pages v5, upload-pages-artifact v5, create-pull-request v8,
git-auto-commit-action v7.

Nothing here is speculative: every one of those majors is already in use
somewhere in this estate on a workflow that passes.
