Intrinsic EXP/JB growth-curve plots substituted a covariate-adjusted rate into the nonlinear curve, although the fitted model uses an expansion rate plus a rate-deviation mean. Preserve the expansion-point amplitude and rate, adjusted factor means, and their joint covariance. The reported EXP example now gives 60 in both the RAM expectation and plot instead of 58.646647 in the plot.
Explicit mediation
res_scalevalues now override automatic measurement-residual starts.NULLretains the existing automatic estimate and fallback. Incorrect vector lengths and nonfinite/out-of-range values are rejected before individual fitting; the process order and variance target are documented. Per-person NLS, the SEM optimizer, retry policy, numerical references and comparison tolerances are unchanged.Validation before push: 384 focused assertions passed; the 688-specification structural replay has zero unexplained differences; all 76 comparator self-tests passed. Regression checks include shifted amplitude/rate means, group and mixture components, direct and decomposed TVCs, numerical RAM derivatives with parent covariance, and linear/BLS mediation scales. Final commit 583aad0 passed all five hosted workflows. The full suite passed 5,337 assertions locally and on hosted macOS, with five documented nonconverged-reference skips and no failures/errors/warnings. The minimum testthat 3.2.0 suite passed 5,156 assertions. Source-package checks passed with zero errors/warnings/notes in all five environments; the identical submission archive passed the same gate in all four environments. The local exact-archive check additionally passed the PDF manual, extended examples and vignette rebuilding, with two notes (extended-example runtime and the local HTML-validator/V8 environment).
This prepares a replacement v1.0.0 submission archive. The maintainer will upload to CRAN; no CRAN submission, release tag or GitHub release is performed.
