I like the concept of your game but it lacked many modules. I did not see inheritances, polymorphism, use of file i/o, or exceptions, or even javadocs. I adjusted one of your classes as an example of how to properly implement javadocs. I also made new classes and a new package with TODOs so you can implement these course objective modules into your game.
