feat: implement MediaStore filtering to hide media across targeted apps (see b8f22f1)
-
General Update (see 8343532)
NOTE:
On modern Android versions (Android 10+), gallery apps, messaging apps, and social media pickers do not look through your storage folders directly. Instead, they ask Android’s central media database (MediaStore) for photos, videos, and audio files.
If a module only hides raw storage folders, photos can still show up in gallery apps as broken thumbnails, gray boxes, or lingering database entries.
TargetedHide solves this by injecting a lightweight database filter directly into your targeted apps.
