Fixes #142 .
This adds data about non-ESGF servers from 3 answers of the Data Publication Readiness survey. Tagging people for each so they can review the PR if they so wish.
Two other answers were mentionning non-ESGF servers without giving links, maybe those servers are internal.
From CNRM, a Jülich server is mentioned but I couldn't find a link.(This is an internal server)
