Interim UX (needs no clearance): show the code + our own paraphrase + link out to the official standard.
Decide: (a) are US-teacher workflows near-term roadmap? If yes, start the WestEd conversation early — it has an approval queue. (b) Who owns the app's legal notices page (CCSS copyright line, OGL attribution, WestEd non-endorsement disclaimer — all free to ship now).
