- GDPR-K where applicable; state student-privacy laws (SOPIPA-style) if selling to schools.
- Data-deletion designed in: parent deletes child → mastery graph goes with it (tractable because of the three-layer split, ADR 0001).
- Also decide: self-certify to a student-privacy pledge early (sales asset for school deals)?
