Pull request overview
Updates the project status section in README.md to reflect the current x0 application progress and to clarify that the FalconAS ↔ MicroPython interface includes HTTP GET as well as POST.
Changes:
- Updates the x0 browser application status entry.
- Renames/adjusts the MicroPython interface entry to “GET / POST” and reorders the two rows.
