[Bug] Commands randomly stop working until /tpa reload

Hi 👋
I’ve been using this plugin for over 5 months and tested multiple updates.
However, there’s still a bug — sometimes after the server starts, several commands like /tpa, /sethome, and others stop working until I reload the plugin.
Occasionally it also happens randomly during runtime, so I had to schedule an automatic reload every hour.
The plugin is really great overall — it would be perfect if this issue gets fixed 🙏

This issue is somewhat random, and I currently don't have time to verify it. It may be fixed in a future 4.0+ reset version, but I might not know whether it was actually fixed or not.

有可能是因为你在插件卸载时是这样写的

    @Override
    public void onDisable() {
        // 插件卸载时执行
        SendMessageUtil.pluginUnLoaded(CONSOLE);
    }

而没有执行unregister command，cancelAllTasks，等清理，导致一些命令会被重复注册或未及时注册？
