The README Tests section documented
npm testbut never mentioned CI. Adds that ci.yml runs the chain test on every push/PR against pinned versions, and canary.yml (merged #3) re-runs it daily against the latest published @wasmagent/* and @openagentaudit/* packages so an upstream break is caught within a day. Docs only.
