The smoke README said "Not run in CI" — no longer true after #326:
provable-chain.mjsruns as the pre-publish gate inrelease.ymlbeforechangeset publish. Carves out that exception in the intro blockquote and adds aprovable-chain.mjsrow (core → compliance → AEP signed-evidence chain) to the script table. Docs only, no publishable-package source touched (no changeset needed).
