Adds
docs/eu-ai-act-article19-compliance.mdmapping each Article 19 obligation to the AEP schema field that satisfies it. Also adds an Article 19 section to@wasmagent/complianceREADME pointing to the mapping doc.Article 19 entered into force 2 August 2026.
