runtime update: don't re-capture declared patches as a new pre-update… - #145

… patch every night Before updating an engine with local changes, the updater captures them as runtime-patches/<engine>-pre-update-<date>. When those changes are exactly the engine's live declared patches (engines.json), the capture is the same patch again under a new date -- one more untracked pair per engine per night. Skip it in that case; any change beyond the declared patches, or any untracked source file, is still captured first, as before.

… patch every night
Before updating an engine with local changes, the updater captures them as runtime-patches/-pre-update-. When those changes are exactly the engine's live declared patches (engines.json), the capture is the same patch again under a new date -- one more untracked pair per engine per night. Skip it in that case; any change beyond the declared patches, or any untracked source file, is still captured first, as before.
