[Bug] 网易云音乐歌曲时长无法获取

Problem description

无法获取歌曲的时长，导致进度条显示不准确

Steps to reproduce

1. 打开网易云音乐播放音乐
2. 在winisland设置->音乐->媒体应用程序中勾选cloudmusic.exe
3. 点击岛展开音乐卡片

音乐卡片中音乐时长位置显示--:--，无法显示真实歌曲时长
