[Bug] 0时间轴音乐进度条不在最前端 滑动进度条的时候鼠标离开灵动岛会瞬间缩回去

Problem description

如两个视频所示
音乐时间轴为0时 音乐进度条不在最前面而是直接跳过了圆角部分
按着音乐进度条时 鼠标离开岛后 岛会瞬间缩回去 但是松开鼠标左键后音乐播放进度仍会被成功改变 松开前则保持不变啊 但是按着岛缩回去的时候来回移动鼠标比如岛缩回去的时候鼠标在屏幕右侧 然后缩回去后移动到了屏幕左侧 那么音乐进度会跟着鼠标 时间轴变为0
