Rebrand KibaOS to KibaTV and switch to KDE Plasma Bigscreen#9

- Renamed all occurrences of "KibaOS" to "KibaTV" across the website and documentation. - Switched the desktop environment from KDE Plasma 6 to KDE Plasma Bigscreen in `index.html`, `README.md`, and `.github/workflows/kiba.yml`. - Created a new GitHub Actions workflow `.github/workflows/kiba.yml` to replace the build script, configured for Plasma Bigscreen with existing Dracula theming. - Removed legacy duplicated code from `index.html`. - Updated `site.webmanifest` with the new project name. - Preserved existing SourceForge project URLs as requested.
