  • Every feed now includes a vitamin/mineral premix at rates of 1%, 1.5%, or 2%, with the cost integrated into cost_per_kg and total_cost.
  • Removed the premix_enabled switch, max_fishmeal_cost_share, max_binder_inclusion, and custom_premix_mask_codes from the API; requests including these fields will be rejected.
  • Updated documentation in CHANGELOG, README, and integration guides to reflect these changes and clarify the new premix requirements.
  • Adjusted the ingredient pool to exclude premix products, ensuring the premix is treated as a fixed component of every feed.
  • Enhanced error handling for invalid premix_rate values in API requests.

* Release version 0.4.0 with min/max inclusion layer enhancements (#7)

- Introduced a new min/max inclusion layer to improve feed formulation accuracy, allowing for dietary nutrient and ingredient limits.
- Added optional `nutrient_limits` and `ingredient_limits` inputs to the `/formulate` and `/validate-recipe` endpoints for per-request overrides.
- Updated the `/ready` endpoint to validate inclusion limit tables at deploy time.
- Enhanced the CHANGELOG, README, and documentation to reflect these new features and their usage.
- Fixed validation issues to ensure consistency between `/formulate` and `/validate-recipe` responses.

* Release version 0.5.0 with significant updates to ASNS and FICD datasets

- Introduced a new script `scripts/import_datasets.py` for loading ASNS and FICD releases into the engine.
- Updated nutrition requirements and ingredient compositions to FICD v11.1, including new ingredients and revised units.
- Removed outdated digestibility values for pig and poultry from the validation process.
- Enhanced error handling in `/validate-recipe` for invalid ingredient requests.
- Documented changes in CHANGELOG, README, and architecture to reflect new features and data issues.
- Added per-species maximum inclusion levels for ingredients based on the latest data.

* Release version 1.0.0 with significant updates to feed formulation (WorldFishCenter#8)

- Every feed now includes a vitamin/mineral premix at rates of 1%, 1.5%, or 2%, with the cost integrated into `cost_per_kg` and `total_cost`.
- Removed the `premix_enabled` switch, `max_fishmeal_cost_share`, `max_binder_inclusion`, and `custom_premix_mask_codes` from the API; requests including these fields will be rejected.
- Updated documentation in CHANGELOG, README, and integration guides to reflect these changes and clarify the new premix requirements.
- Adjusted the ingredient pool to exclude premix products, ensuring the premix is treated as a fixed component of every feed.
- Enhanced error handling for invalid `premix_rate` values in API requests.

* Keep the fishmeal and binder group tags on the pool for /ingredients callers

* Drop the premix switch and mask override from /evaluate-recipe, which v1.0.0 fixes
