Node patch release for the indexer-only v0.21.2 train (XChain-Platform/xchain-indexer#50, tag v0.21.2 at 0f53ca1e).
The manifest was generated by bin/write-release-manifest.js from the signed tags. Against the v0.21.1 manifest it changes only the comment, platform_version (0.21.2), released (2026-10-02) and the xchain-indexer row (v0.21.2, 0f53ca1e); every other component keeps its pin. Node's package version and changelog move to 0.21.2.
