Provide independent federated hubs, seeded BTC/LTC/DOGE indexers, and a hub-B-pinned BTC control. Document the service contract used by the failover drill.
Pass seed URLs and feed credentials into managed indexers and explorer checkpoints while preserving the private config route. Advertise public hub URLs and cover pinned and failover modes with unit tests.
Keep each test callback within the repository structure limits.
Keep managed hub configuration limited to its public API URL. Cover the recipient boundary by asserting the feed credential is absent from the hub module.
Require all four indexer healthchecks to wait for migrated and bootstrapped mirrors. Document the readiness signal used by compose up --wait.
Arms ORACLE_ROUND_TIME_ACTIVATION on testnet at BTC 155158, LTC 4907593 and DOGE 67966647, and bumps the version to 0.22.0.
