Patch train v0.22.6 for xchain-node: the version bump and the v0.22.6 release manifest, which moves only the xchain-hub pin to its signed v0.22.6 master merge commit (fdd50cc2). Every other pin and the trainActivation block are identical to v0.22.5. Release-management section 7.
Code-structure fix (f81406b, develop's e61770b): the root code-structure ratchet refuses this branch for six
process.envreads insrc/services/validator_service/signer.jsthat shipped in v0.22.4, because develop's node baseline dropped to 0 after that cut and the ratchet's hotfix rule does not fire for component repos. Rather than push past the ratchet, this branch carries develop's own fix for those reads: the generated DOGE signer module's environment view moves intosrc/config/index.jsand the template interpolates it, with the WIF as a lazy non-enumerable getter. It is a value-preserving refactor; both files are byte-identical to develop, the ratchet reads clean, and the node unit suite reads 2857 passing, 0 failing.
