Move path and naming behavior behind configured modules while keeping the config service facade stable. Add direct unit coverage in a nested test directory.
Split configured helper factories and direct test groups into smaller functions while preserving isolated dependency bindings.
Update the mirror workflow and integration expectations to match the new LTS image. Remove the stale version-specific healthcheck verification claim.
Cover bootstrap refusal boundaries and status reduction for the train activation halt stall class.
