…ck fields Review the ownership-transfer ledger row in the indexer dispense settle path, which takes its block fields from the paying transaction, record that the change is settle-path only and no client check moves because the ownership dispense was already a valid verdict, re-anchor the map on the v0.23.2 hotfix indexer commit f9d90376 and lock the dispense hash in the drift-map tests. (cherry picked from commit 00c29cc)

Patch train v0.23.2 (release-management section 7), branch
hotfix/v0.23.2from the xchain-sdk v0.23.0 line (60a86d1).Carried, cherry-picked from develop 00c29cc:
dispensedirectory pin moves, re-anchored on the v0.23.2 hotfix indexer commit f9d90376, and the drift-map tests lock the new dispense hash. No client check moves.drift-guardson the indexer side reads this branch for a hotfix head, so this lands on master first and the indexer release tag is cut against it.Local gate:
