feat(bridge): add LayerZero USDT0 support

Summary

• Add LayerZero OFT compose support to BridgeAdaptor with EndpointV2 gating, trusted OFT mapping, source EID allowlist, replay protection, fees, and admin rescue.
• Configure USDT0 native mesh and Legacy Mesh support, including Solana's Legacy Mesh Ethereum OFT.
• Add Hardhat ops tasks for LayerZero configuration and update deploy/upgrade tooling for the OZ ReentrancyGuard constructor validation.
• Expand unit and mainnet-fork coverage, including real USDT + real Safe tests for native USDT0 and Solana Legacy Mesh paths.
