NSIS now ships a prebuilt openXYOS runtime next to FreeOS.exe and extracts FE+BE into the install dir; first unelevated start copies it to %LOCALAPPDATA%\FreeOS\openxyos and starts http://127.0.0.1:3780. Sidebar label is 组织/Organization. Project create uses a native folder picker. The projects/tasks/chats zone lists live conversations and can create multi-expert group chats. Summary
Addresses the Windows installer screenshot (NSIS only unpacked
FreeOS.exe+ shortcuts) and the four product follow-ups after #20.Packaging. CI still prebuilds Node + openXYOS into the green portable zip (no
npm installon the user PC). The Windows job now also emitsopenxyos-runtime.zip. NSIS copies that zip into$INSTDIR, expands FE+BE to$INSTDIR\openxyos, and prints the workdir in the finish log. First unelevated start copies the tree to%LOCALAPPDATA%\FreeOS\openxyos(and{home}/openxyos) because Program Files is read-only / High-IL if written by the admin installer. The desktop shell startshttp://127.0.0.1:3780and waits for/api/health/livez. Organization no longer needs a manual 「启动边车」 on a healthy install.UI. Sidebar label is 组织 / Organization. Creating a project picks the work folder with a native OS dialog (any drive letter) via the Wails bridge. The 项目/任务/对话区 defaults to a live conversation list (Codex-style), with 新建对话 / 新建任务 / 新建项目 / 建群; direct and group chats both appear.
