Align Organization naming glossary and confine corpus paths - #28

员工 is a department assignment on the control plane, 同事 are same-org peers on FreeOS, and 专家 / 智能助手 are not yet in a department. Confine corpus distill writes to FREEOS_HOME/org-corpus/default so user distill_path cannot reach the filesystem.
