Fix org browser chrome, openXYOS hero, sidecar start/restart, and mutual asset channel - #51

Add back/forward/reload to the in-app org browser, bundle the XYAI hero mascot so the quick-start cartoon loads, start openXYOS FE+BE with FreeOS, and restart the sidecar from the last-sync bar. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>
Import now writes skills/plugins/MCP, registers colleagues without a skills field, and owns chat experts so they appear on Experts. Push remaps employee/talent rows to list-visible statuses, then the org UI navigates to the receiving surface. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>
