Fix Organization livez gate and Studio-style openXYOS restart overlay - #53

Probe sidecar livez before loading the local test iframe so a down frontend/backend surfaces a restart CTA instead of Failed to fetch. Restart now shows an XYAI Studio-style progress card with advancing steps and still stops/starts the real FreeOS openXYOS node. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>
Keep chrome buttons from submitting the URL form, update the address from tab history inside the state updater, and apply Prettier to the Studio restart overlay. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>

Summary
When local openXYOS frontend/backend are down, Organization no longer loads the login iframe (which produced a bare Failed to fetch). Opening the local test page now probes
livezfirst and asks the user to click 重启前后端服务.Restart uses an XYAI Studio-style progress card: mascot + speech bubble, spinner, title「正在重启前后端服务」, and a checklist that advances (stop old process → prefer full local layout → start API+page → wait port → load login). The existing
restart_sidecarpath still actually stops and starts the FreeOS openXYOS node (top-level live cwd /start-sidecar). After livez is OK, the embedded browser returns to the local test home.Target branch
