feat(org): Phase 3 in-host Agents (Agent Studio) org-ui slice - #66

Add host-native Agent Studio under /organization/agents. The page lists lifecycle digital colleagues, compiles openxyos.agent-blueprint.v1, and deep-links to FreeOS Experts / personalization.
