Rider 2026.1 no format action

Describe the bug
On Rider 2026.1 there is no format action on the Context Actions menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open xaml file
2. Alt+Enter or Right click and Context Actions
3. See that there is no action to format the file

Expected behavior
Allow formating the file

Screenshots
Plugin doesn't show any incompatibility with this version

But there is no format action

Version Info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 25H2
• Rider: JetBrains Rider 2026.1 Build #RD-261.22158.335
• XAML Styler: Plugin 3.2504.1.0
