Add settings for case-sensitive ordering

I noticed that namespaces are sorted in a case-sensitive order.
For example, ViewModels is above behaviors, but viewmodels is below it

It would be nice to have a setting for the case-sensitivity rule. Maybe specifically for namespaces.
