Recent map generation script for OSM extraction? #106

I'd like to generate custom road networks for LPSim from OpenStreetMap.

The notebooks in previous branches such as branch v2.1.0 under /data/networks/creation_scripts/ do this, but they produce the legacy format described in #50 — no index column on nodes, osmids in u,v, and SAMPN,PERNO,orig,dest demand.

Is there a more recent script that outputs the current schema directly (index, sequential u,v with osmid_u/osmid_v, and dep_time,origin,destination)? Or is converting the notebook output by hand still the expected workflow?
