Repository Structure

Each folder contains .m analysis/plotting scripts and .mat data files for the corresponding figure:

/Figure1. – Pluronic- and Matrigel-coated glass conditions /Figure2 – Oscillation percentage and period vs. substrate rigidity; model fit /Figure3 – Single-cell motility analysis /Figure4 – Traction force measurements /Figure5 – Cell aggregate oscillation analysis

Usage

Each folder contains a main script that loads the corresponding .mat data file and generates the figure. Run the main script from within its folder or add it to the MATLAB path.
