Ctrl+R历史搜索。Ctrl+R循环、Enter 回填与 Esc 取消。原因
方向键同时承担聊天滚动与输入历史切换会产生交互冲突。独立的历史搜索入口可以保留终端滚动行为，同时更快找回旧输入。Windows 测试修复则避免开发者模式未开启时出现与产品逻辑无关的
EPERM失败。验证
