This pull request introduces a complete, production-ready workflow for building, publishing, and deploying the
vehicle_autoware_agenton NVIDIA Jetson edge devices (arm64 + CUDA). It adds a new Dockerfile and build scripts to layer the agent on top of a custom Autoware fork, a dedicated CI workflow to automate agent image builds, and a Compose setup for seamless deployment on the edge. The changes ensure that the Jetson only ever pulls prebuilt images, saving significant build time and resources.
