This pull request introduces a comprehensive edge deployment setup for the vehicle Autoware agent, targeting Jetson (arm64 + CUDA) devices. It adds a new Docker-based build and deployment pipeline, including Dockerfiles, CI workflows, and orchestration scripts, ensuring the Jetson edge device only pulls prebuilt images. The agent and Autoware images are layered to maximize shared base layers, and deployment is managed via Compose. Additionally, the agent's gRPC interface is extended for improved trip management.
