Summary

  • Add WAVE-C C1 offline Ayane substrate: manifest types, cache/download fixture acquisition, SHA-256 verification, offline mode state, and llama.cpp adapter state handling.
  • Add three non-hollow test targets for Ayane download/cache, offline mode transitions, and llama.cpp adapter states.
  • Register the new test targets in xmake and CI.

Verification

  • xmake build -y PASS
  • traveler --version => Traveler. v0.1.0-alpha
  • xmake test -v PASS: 18/18 targets, 829 assertions
  • bash scripts/license_audit.sh PASS

Scope Note

This is current-resource substrate evidence. It does not claim real model download, real GGUF inference, Core-i3 first-token latency, or GATE-P0-5 PASS. Production Ayane URLs/SHA values remain intentionally incomplete until official values are provided.
