The testing branch can be tested using:

sudo yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/element-call_ynh/tree/testing
# upgrade an existing install:
sudo yunohost app upgrade element-call -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/element-call_ynh/tree/testing
