Add more API presets (Together, Fireworks, Perplexity, Zhipu GLM, Qwen…)

Presets are in shared/catalog.ts (API_PRESETS): id, label, baseUrl, a few model ids, and where to get a key. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint qualifies. Add the ones you use and confirm the "Re-check" in Settings → Providers lists their models.
